EVUSA GRANTS COMMITTEE
The EVUSA Grants Committee administers and distributes donations received by EVUSA during the EVUSA Annual Fundraiser. This grant program is made possible through generous donations and external funding. The purpose of these grants is to enable EVUSA regions, vaulting clubs, coaches and vaulters to establish or participate in events occurring during 2026 that will promote equestrian vaulting education and competitions. An eligible applicant may be awarded a grant under one or more of the grant programs listed below.
Expenses pertaining to Demonstrations and/or Promotional Events are not eligible for a grant. For Demonstration and/or Promotional Event support, please contact EVUSA VP Development or EVUSA Director of Development at [email protected] and [email protected] respectively.
The Grant Committee Chair is appointed by the President of EVUSA, subject to approval by the EVUSA Executive Board, for a two year term. A maximum of 8 committee members, plus the EVUSA Treasurer are selected and ratified by the EVUSA Executive Board annually to review and select applications for grants awarded under the Education, Recognized Competitions and Regional Grants and the New and Developing Club Grants. New and Developing Club Grants 2026
Eligible Projects and Categories
Procedures and Application New & Developing Club Grants
New and developing clubs play a vital role in building a strong and sustainable vaulting community. This grant is to support growth of new and developing clubs by providing access to funding for equipment and opportunities to connect with experienced mentors and clinicians. Grants funds in the amount of $12,230 have been allocated for 2026 New and Developing Club Grants
All 2026 New and Developing Club Grant applications must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026
Grants for Education, Recognized Competitions/CVIs, and Regions 2026
There is $17,130 available in Grant funds for Education, Recognized Competitions/CVIs and Regional grants. These grants support our members activities throughout the year and grow the sport of vaulting. Eligible events promote increased EVUSA membership, Regional sponsored education and competitions as well as other EVUSA recognized competitions, CIV’s and educational events. Eligible applicants will be offered up to $500 in support of a recognized competition, up to $300 in support of an educational event and up to $1,200 in support of a Regional educational event.
All 2026 Education, Recognized Competitions and Regional Grants applications must be submitted no later than May 31, 2026
Nationals Travel Grant 2026 – No Application required
NATIONALS 2026 HORSE TRAVEL GRANTS: There is $ 9,790 earmarked as horse travel grants for Nationals for every horse who carries at least one vaulter in a class. Grants amounts will be proportionate to the distance from the address of the club where the horse is registered to Nationals. While no application is required, club managers must submit a completed W-9 form and complete the Nationals Travel Grant google form to receive the funds.

World Championships Travel Grant 2026
There is $9,790 allocated for World Championships Travel Grants in 2026. World Championships Travel Grants will be divided equally between all USA participants selected by USEF to compete at the 2026 FEI Senior World Championships, Aachen, Germany. After selection process for World Championships has been completed, qualified athletes will received an application form and acceptance letter, along with a W-9, which are required to be submitted to receive this grant.
