With a mission to promote membership, community, and equity in the sport of equestrian vaulting, the Youth Ambassador team serves EVUSA and its membership across the country in a number of ways.
Ambassadors between the ages of 16 and 21 are selected annually to represent EVUSA and its youth members.
Ambassadors engage with EVUSA youth members and collaborate to develop and revise EVUSA rules throughout the year.
Ambassadors serve the community by providing support and hosting youth activities at EVUSA events and conducting outreach to promote vaulting in the wider community.
The EVUSA Youth Ambassadors is a program that puts young leaders at the forefront of the EVUSA decision-making process. It empowers young vaulters, coaches, and lungers to participate in the development of their sport and organization. The Ambassadors convene throughout the year to practice leadership skills and plan outreach events. Ambassadors represent EVUSA at events such as the annual Educational Symposium, National Championships, and other regional events. All members complete an application and are reviewed by a selection committee. The group is not level or vaulting skill based; we are excited to involve more and more youth in decision making, representation, and service in Equestrian Vaulting USA.
